comic Introduction

his grand opus MIGHTY LOVE Sextet for

for its annual Diversity Week to perform

of a Black History Month program as a
fundraiser for the striking Musicians
of Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Program
will include a new arrangement of the
Scherzo from Dvorak's American Quartet and the
music of black composers. Members of the
Brazeal Dennard Chorale will sing 3
selections to be announced from the stage.
The 2nd half
will feature CutTime
Simfonica performing powerful new music by
director Rick Robinson, including City
of Trees, Elegy, Pork 'N Beans and Gigue
Rondo featuring Principal Oboist
